Planing and straightening the edge of the part, steel components with high precision requirements, in order to ensure the accuracy of the assembly size of the part, or in order to ensure that the end of the plate that transmits pressure is flat, the edge must be planed and straightened with a planer or milling machine. For some components with high precision requirements, such as load-bearing column joints that bear pressure on the end face, it is necessary to ensure the flatness of its end face, so it is necessary to use an end milling machine to mill its end. The milling end can not only accurately ensure the length of the component and the flatness of the milling plane, but also ensure the perpendicularity requirements of the milling plane to the axis of the steel component.
