Steel component pre-assembly, assembly engineering supervision control points
(1) The support stool or steel platform used for pre-assembly should be checked to be stable and reliable, and its relative position should be checked. Check that all zero-hour fixing and tensioning devices on steel members are removed. The hole tester was used to check the perforation rate of bolt holes in the supervision site, and it met the requirements of GB50205 "Code for Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering Construction Quality".
(2) The supervisor should require the steel structure production unit to check the assembly size according to the pre-assembly unit, and meet the requirements of GB50205 "Steel Structure Engineering construction quality Acceptance Code" Appendix D table. (3) For welding H-shaped steel according to the requirements of the code, the spacing between the flange plate splicing weld and the web splicing weld should be greater than 200mm. The size deviation of welded H-shaped steel shall meet the requirements of the code. (4) Use the level and steel rule to check that the crane beam and the crane truss should not be twisted down. (5) The size of the steel structure assembly, the supervisor should be inspected in the assembly tire frame, each inspection batch will be inspected, each inspection batch will be sampled for not less than 10% of the size, and make monitoring records. Check the top tightening surface with a 0.3mm feeler ruler, and the area of stuffing should be less than 25%. (6) If the size inspection report submitted by the steel structure production unit is qualified, and the supervision sample inspection is qualified, the steel component assembly project is qualified.
